Chris is an amazing agent! 6 months ago we were having a baby and looking for houses at the same time! He went so far as to go see a house FOR us while we were in the hospital in labor with baby so we wouldn’t lose the opportunity to offer on it if we wanted to! You know the market right now, and he spent hours looking at 20+ homes with us and offering on at least 10 until we finally got one! Now, 3 months later we are selling due to my grandmothers health and her need to move in with us… he is just as amazing helping us sort through tons of homes to find ones that work for our specific situation! He makes such a stressful sellers market feel like a buyers market, even during all this craziness! He is trustworthy, genuine, and I am SO grateful we have him on our side!
