Working with Chris and Mel was truly an incredible experience. As first-time homebuyers, Jake and I were navigating a stressful process, made even more challenging by being on the opposite side of the country. Despite that, they helped us find and secure a beautiful home in a safe neighborhood that we absolutely love.

From the very beginning, we felt we could trust Chris and Mel with everything. They were honest, reliable, and followed through on every promise they made. What really sets them apart is how much they went above and beyond, not just during the buying process, but even after closing. They helped get our home move-in ready, assisted with coordinating and being present for appliance deliveries, and consistently checked in while helping maintain things before our PCS to our new duty station.

**update* Excellent work. They will go above and beyond to get you the sale you deserve. They will help you make sure your property is ready to sell and that you have zero concerns going in. They address everything and will go through it ten times over to make sure you understand everything that is to be expected. We had a very tight schedule for viewings and they made sure other realtors respected our time and always communicated to make sure everything was going well and as scheduled. They explained the process, the inspection, and kept us in the know if anything hinted at a change. Both Chris and Melissa make sure you know they are there for you and will do anything they can to make sure you are happy, knowledgeable, and very satisfied at the end of the process of buying or selling your home. We outgrew our first home so we have experienced both ends with them. You will not be disappointed with these wonderful people. They are our realtor for many, many years to come.

We were given the star treatment from beginning to end. I'm active duty military, constantly on the move, and what many don't tell you is how stressful selling a home can be. Real Estate Ryan took what seemed like an impossible situation and hit it out the park with their unparalleled salesmanship. Not only that, they took care of us by putting OUR best interests first, and daily follow ups so we were never in the dark (which is something I think is far more important than the actual services provided). Chris and Melissa were seriously the best realtors we could have asked for. My wife and I are military and had been stationed here recently after moving back from Japan! When we found out Melissa and Chris were prior military-we felt they could truly understand our complex situation-and they did. I could text them at any time with questions and they always got back to me so quickly. They were completely upfront and honest about everything, and I always felt like they truly had our best interests at heart.

They even went out of their way to check out houses and neighborhoods ahead of time, letting us know if it seemed like a safe area or if there were things we should think about. That meant so much to us because it showed they weren’t just trying to make a sale — they really cared about us finding the right home.

I can’t recommend them enough, especially to my fellow service members.If you want realtors who actually listen, communicate, and look out for you every step of the way, Chris and Melissa are the ones.

Would absolutely recommend 10/10!
This was my very first home purchase, and during my first home tour, I expressed concern about a floor being slanted. Without hesitation, Chris went outside, in what I’d call his “good clothes” and crawled under the house to take a closer look. He found a pool of water and was able to give me immediate insight into what I might expect with the foundation cost wise if I chose to move forward with that particular home. That immediately told me I’d picked the best realtor possible, because who would think their realtor would do that?

Chris and Melissa truly go above and beyond to make sure they show you homes that are the right fit for you. There is no exaggeration when I say their dedication is unmatched. I truly appreciate their patience and guidance throughout the entire process.

Typically the process of selling or buying a house is an arduous and daunting task, but Chris Wright and the team over at Real Estate Ryan alleviated all of our stresses and concerns entirely. We were expected to break even or even possibly lose some money once all was said and done after the house selling process. But Chris went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible so that we ended up making a very sizable amount in the end. He guided us through what was good or bad deals, when we could get more for the house, assisted with hits on the property physically and financially and helped with all of the last minute things around the house that people typically forget about when closing on a deal. Chris might not have 15+ years of experience in this field, but don’t let that fool you. He knows every trick in the book and some tricks that more experienced realtors/real estate agents wouldn’t even know. In my eyes, he’s the Bobby Fischer of the real estate industry. He just sees moves that others would never notice until it was too late. I cannot stress enough that if you’re in need of a realtor GET CHRIS WRIGHT. If you don’t you’re selling yourself short. He genuinely cares about his clients and it definitely shows. Nobody works harder than Chris in this industry, nobody.
