Christy was amazing to work with as we began our journey to a first home this year. She was incredibly friendly and focused on making sure we were educated on the process as we searched.

We learned what we truly wanted in a house under her expert guidance. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt secure and safe during the buying process and assisted us in finding routes to pursue to keep the purchase private.

Christy developed a great relationship with the sellers of our eventual home and created a strong bridge for communication so that we could rapidly respond to requests or changes in the contract. She was easy to reach and extremely responsive, even while on vacation and coping with the restrictions of the pandemic.

After our experience with Christy Beilsmith at Circa Properties, you could not *pay* me to use anyone else in the future. We found our beautiful home with her expert help, and even though it was a tough sellers market she helped us navigate through everything with intelligence and confidence.

It was obvious that how she approached home buying went beyond even her dedication to her clients and included a large amount of professional pride as well. She wanted to get us into a house that was the best possible even in the challenging market, and did so with a dedication that was truly impressive. She made herself available even on off hours and we never even once felt like we were not her top-most priority. She answered my (sometimes naive) questions patiently. She had great relationships with all of the inspectors, the title company, and contractors that really helped us build confidence that we were getting a great house. In some cases she even caught things that the inspector might have missed! She followed up often and did not hesitate to give us her opinion, but also listened closely to our wants and needs.

We also got to meet some of the other people in the office, and everyone seemed to be equally capable and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Circa Properties to anyone looking to buy a home or have one to sell. Certainly whenever a friend or family member is looking to make a move I am going to be recommending them.
