With specialized knowledge of soil types, soil profiles, and land suitability, she offers valuable insight when evaluating properties and determining their potential uses, making her an especially strong resource for buyers and sellers of residential, farmland, and investment properties.
Whether assisting clients with building or purchasing a family home, finding farmland for agricultural operations, or identifying investment opportunities, Christy is committed to working hard and always putting her clients' best interests first. She understands that purchasing real estate, particularly for first-time buyers, can feel overwhelming, and she takes pride in guiding her clients through every step of the process with honesty, integrity, and clear communication.
Christy and her husband are proud to be raising their children, Avery, Denton, Addie Rose, and Lane, on their family farm in Hillsboro, Tennessee. The family actively farms corn and soybeans and raises Hereford beef cattle. Deeply involved in her community and the agricultural industry, Christy is an active member of the Tennessee Cattlemen's Association, Tennessee Hereford Association, Farm Bureau Women, and serves as an Adult Volunteer Leader with Coffee County 4-H. She is also an active member of Hillsboro United Methodist Church.
When she is not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Christy enjoys spending time with her family. Her children keep the family busy showing cattle and horses, and she and her daughter participate in reining and cow horse competitions. Her strong ties to agriculture, community involvement, and commitment to service make her a trusted partner for clients throughout their real estate journey.
