That's easy: I have the knowledge. I have 14 years experience in the Vacation Rental Industry. Working with both long-term/year-round rentals and weekly vacation rentals, I know the ins and outs of the vacation rental market. This experience—combined with being an Outer Banks native who knows the area, the schools, and the people—makes me the expert to help you make a sound decision when purchasing or selling a home on the Outer Banks.
As long as I can remember, I have had a love for houses, from the construction to the design choices. I spent most of my childhood weekends with my brother and dad on job sites. My dad was in construction and my mom worked weekends, so off to work with my dad we went. I would play Barbies on piles of lumber and have picnic lunches in houses that weren’t even framed yet. I have an eye for design, so if it’s a diamond in the rough that you’re looking for, I have it covered.
My husband, Cliff, is a native of the Currituck mainland who owns and operates a pool and spa company as well as an audio video company. He is just one of the valuable contacts whose experience and knowledge I can offer to my clients. Cliff and I have 2 fantastic boys - Ben and Oliver and we recently built our second home together in Southern Shores. They say that building a house together makes the marriage stronger. Well, I can attest to that being true!
In my spare time, I love being with my family, cooking, and enjoying the beautiful Outer Banks that I’m lucky enough to call my home.
