Christy went above and beyond assisting my wife and I in purchasing a vacation home during the pandemic lockdown. Very responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Christy was willing to provide virtual walkthrough sessions and multiple pictures and detailed descriptions, easing our minds and allowing us to follow through on the purchase without seeing the home in person. Since the sale she has followed up with the assembly of a screen in porch for us. I would be willing to suggest using Christy's services to anyone.

Christy was very professional and easy to work with in selling our aunt's house. She researched the pricing and made suggestions to help us get the house ready. She used a professional photographer who took beautiful pictures. We were out of town when the house sold and she went above and beyond in helping us ship the furniture and handling other details prior to closing. We would highly recommend her to anyone selling a house.

Christy is an excellent realtor! She went the extra mile in listing my home. She spent a lot of time answering my questions and researching the area. She gives details the attention needed to sell a home-from her advise on staging to the professional photos. My home was under contract at full asking price in 2 days. I couldn’t have been happier with how smooth the process went from listing to closing. Christy was there every step. I am happy to have her also help me with the construction of my new home. I have only the highest praise for Christy Davis and Weichert Realtors. In the purchase of my oceanfront condo, I never felt rushed or pushed to go in any direction on any of the condos I viewed. Christy listened to my thoughts and opinions and ensured me that any home we looked at always met the mark. Christy made me feel as though her schedule was completely open for me, accommodating my hectic lifestyle. Her vast knowledge of market analysis, contractors, legal issues, etc. showcases that she is best in the industry.

Christy provided valuable input during the contractual period, which enabled me to make the best financial decisions. All responses to my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. Her patience with me and my lack of understanding was beyond that of a realtor, but more resembling a trusted partner.

Through this journey, I changed my mind a couple of times. Christy was very supportive and understanding. My happiness was all she was concerned about. I would recommend Christy to any person who is buying or selling a home!
