We chose Christy Hartwick as our realtor to help us purchase our first home in Camp Hill. Being new to the area, we needed someone who knew the local market very well. Christy was that person. She was extremely patient, caring and understanding. When it came time to write an offer, she was always there and just a phone call away. She answered every possible question that we had about the home buying process and negotiated with our seller to make the process seamless. Christy understands the correct pricing for homes in the area and is the best advocate that you could choose. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Harrisburg area, Christy should be your top choice. You won’t be able to find a better agent.

As first time home-buyers and new to the area, we needed a lot of help. Christy was there every step of the way! She showed us numerous homes and by the time we finally chose one, she was always there to answer all of the questions we had and trust me, we had a lot! She helps to make a very stressful process much less stressful. She is extremely knowledgeable on the real estate market and the area and her and her team were fantastic! No matter what issue we were faced with, Christy was right there ready to help and solve. We couldn't ask for a better Realtor.
