02/27/2014 - dalip1319 Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Fells Point, Baltimore, MD. When initially looking for a home, I was unclear on where I wanted to live- suburbs, small town, big city, riverfront. Christy was able to show me relevant properties in all of these areas indicating her extensive knowledge of the real estate landscape. Christy displayed comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the real estate buying process-from identifying viable properties, contract writing and closing. Any lack of understanding on my part regarding a particular part of the process was always clearly explained and/or resolved. Throughout the process Christy was always made herself available-either to show me properties, or resolve any issues related to the buying process. One day I might demand to look at waterfront, the next day a townhouse in Baltimore--Christy always accommodated my needs. Further, in implementing the terms and conditions prior to closing there were numerous issues that arose, Christy always sought to resolve issues to my satisfaction and always did them in a timely manner.
