Although his skill set provides a great foundation, his true passion for real estate came alive in 2004 when working with rehabs, property management and rentals. Along with a business partner, he owned and managed fifteen single family homes in the Peoria area. That experience gave him true insight into the investor and property management world and kick started a career in real estate.

Living in the great city of Chicago has been truly rewarding on both a personal and professional level. No matter what the market does, the opportunities get better year after year.

When he moved there in 2007, he worked for one of the large real estate brokers, but it is easy to get lost in the shuffle and become focused on production rather than relationships.
