Chuck LaRock

Chuck LaRock Sr. is a founding member and principal of LaRock Capital Partners. Formerly, he was part of a church leadership team for over 25 years during which time his primary responsibilities included leadership development and management of the organization’s 31-acre campus in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. He attended Binghamton University in NY where he majored in Marketing Science. Upon embarking on a full-time career in residential real estate in 2008, he obtained a class A Virginia contractor’s license which not only added value to his clients, but also facilitated numerous successful investment flips.

His responsibilities include underwriting analysis for new acquisitions, asset management, and investor communications. An avid runner, Chuck Sr. also enjoys boating with wife Victoria, time with the grandchildren and three sons, the Adirondack mountains, travel and real estate.
