Agent was so friendly, knowledgeable, very professional, kind with a nice smile and also earned my trust. If she is not sure, then not to hesitate to check coworkers. She got so many connections to get well qualified electricians, painter, roofer, yard cleaners, handyman, etc to get jobs done within such a short period of time as well.
