My Background

With over 26 years of real estate experience, I serve as Co-Founder and Manager of Keenan Howard Realty Inc., where I also train and mentor new agents. I’ve lived in the Bay Area for more than 40 years—including San Mateo, San Francisco, Solano, and Contra Costa counties—giving me deep local insight.

I grew up in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, and speak and write Tagalog. My husband’s family is from Cebu, so I understand some Visayan as well. I graduated from St. Paul College, attended De La Salle University, earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and continued my education at the University of Phoenix. Before real estate, I worked as a Project Manager for McKesson Corporation for 10 years and Bank of America for 5 years.
