My Background
With over 26 years in real estate, I serve as Co-Founder and Manager of Keenan Howard Realty Inc., where I also train and mentor new agents. I’ve lived in the Bay Area for more than 40 years — including San Mateo, San Francisco, Solano, and Contra Costa counties — giving me deep local knowledge and community insight.
I was raised in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, and speak and write Tagalog. My husband’s family is from Cebu, so I understand some Visayan as well. I graduated from St. Paul College, attended De La Salle University, earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Before real estate, I spent 15 years in corporate project management — 10 years with McKesson Corporation and 5 years with Bank of America — experience that strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and client service.
