Cindi Lee has been working with us since July 2023 when she helped with the sale of our condo! She had a great eye for details and helped us make our home so inviting that it sold above asking in just one weekend!

Cindi Lee then began working with us for what ultimately turned into an almost 13 month endeavor looking for our perfect home! She really made us a priority and recognized that we were waiting for “the one” and not going to settle for anything less! She made us feel like family as she would text us congratulations when we got engaged and again when we got married and always sent us word of encouragement when we were feeling down about this daunting process of homebuying! When others probably would’ve pushed us into a home that wasn’t for us, she helped us stay the course and reminded us our patience would be rewarded.

I cannot say thank you enough to Cindi Lee for helping us through the entire home buying process. As first-time homebuyers, my fiancé and I had no clue where to start. It was our first time buying a house and Cindi was great at every step. She listened to what we wanted and sent us great recommendations for places to look at and when we put in the offer and moved forward she made sure we knew what was happening and advocated for us - we had our first offer accepted! Due to some outside factors things got delayed and confusing/stressful in the process and Cindi's help in coordinating and communicating with the different parties was invaluable. If we're ever in the market again we'll know who to go to and recommend her to anyone who is buying a house!

Cindi is an industry expert. Her response times surpassed all my expectations any day or time of the week. Once I needed a time sensitive document and immediately after receiving my text, she pulled over to the side of the road to deliver it. When I had questions about a home or needed her to generate some files, even though she was on vacation she pulled out her laptop and got me exactly what I needed. We ultimately closed on this home and the process was smooth. An absolute pleasure to work with. She is able to provide context while walking through homes as well as the connections and follow through needed to get specific questions answered about each home. Cindi Lee helped me find my dream house!

I was first put in touch with Cindi Lee through Zillow. I had inquired about a house that I later decided was not what I was looking for. Cindi Lee listened to what I wanted in a house and explained the benefits and disadvantages of the things I wasn't sure about. I told her my ideal area of where I wanted to be, but since that area tends to be out of my price range, I would be ok with either just outside of it or waiting until something pops up. I would be willing to wait until I find the right house even if it took several months. Less than one month later, she found me my dream house in the area I really wanted to live in. During the time between the offer was accepted and I closed, she was extremely helpful in keeping me informed every step of the way. She worked with the seller to make sure everything that I wanted done prior to closing was taken care of.
