We can’t say enough about our experience working with Cindi Lee McTiernan!! When she was referred to us by friends the referral came with a warning…that she would quickly become part of our family.

From our first meeting to our closing date Cindi walked us through every step and reassured us along the way. Her knowledge and professionalism are beyond reproach. Cindi has a way of making you feel as if she has no other cares or responsibilities in the world. Her positive energy is infectious!

There was never a time that Cindi wasn't accessible to us and she always responded to calls, text messages or emails within minutes. She has a wealth of knowledge and resources and is willing to assist in any way possible.

When I had to leave town unexpectedly the week before we moved, she checked in daily to see if she could help in any way.

Since we've closed and moved into our new home, we continue to be in regular contact with Cindi…not about real estate, but because she has in fact become part of our family.

It was our first time buying a house and Cindi was great at every step. She listened to what we wanted and sent us great recommendations for places to look at and when we put in the offer and moved forward she made sure we knew what was happening and advocated for us - we had our first offer accepted! Due to some outside factors things got delayed and confusing/stressful in the process and Cindi's help in coordinating and communicating with the different parties was invaluable. Cindi is an industry expert. Her response times surpassed all my expectations any day or time of the week. Once I needed a time sensitive document and immediately after receiving my text, she pulled over to the side of the road to deliver it. When I had questions about a home or needed her to generate some files, even though she was on vacation she pulled out her laptop and got me exactly what I needed. We ultimately closed on this home and the process was smooth. An absolute pleasure to work with. She is able to provide context while walking through homes as well as the connections and follow through needed to get specific questions answered about each home. I was first put in touch with Cindi Lee through Zillow. I had inquired about a house that I later decided was not what I was looking for. Cindi Lee listened to what I wanted in a house and explained the benefits and disadvantages of the things I wasn't sure about. I told her my ideal area of where I wanted to be, but since that area tends to be out of my price range, I would be ok with either just outside of it or waiting until something pops up. I would be willing to wait until I find the right house even if it took several months. Less than one month later, she found me my dream house in the area I really wanted to live in. During the time between the offer was accepted and I closed, she was extremely helpful in keeping me informed every step of the way. She worked with the seller to make sure everything that I wanted done prior to closing was taken care of.
