Our home search was done from a distance which can be nerve-wracking but we felt so comfortable with her insights and judgement. I'd highly recommend Cindy and her team to everyone! When my wife and I were considering a move from California back to my home state of Connecticut we found Cindy by way of all the great reviews of her that we found online. She did not disappoint and we quickly understood why she is so well-regarded. She was very generous with her time, and she has deep knowledge of the CT coastal real estate market, particularly as to the towns of Guilford and Madison. Indeed, because we were in California, Cindy would take us on FaceTime tours of multiple properties and it was the next best thing to our being there in person. And she was also great -- and extremely responsive -- when fielding all our random questions about the area, the schools, the neighborhoods and specific houses. Stephanie helped me and my husband find our first apartment a few years ago, and now she helped us find our dream home! From the start, Stephanie was a better agent than we could have imaged. In a world that we knew nothing about, she answered every question we had every step of the way. She answered questions before we even knew we had them :) She explained all of the jargon, made great recommendations of inspectors, lawyers, and other connections, and was there to walk us through everything we needed. Our experience with Stephanie Brennan was absolutely fantastic! We ended up in our dream home and she was a huge help in both the narrowing down the multitude of different options and the actual closing process.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and we definitely went into this process pretty clueless. Stephanie was extremely thorough in making sure we understood the entire process, start to finish. She explained the different phases of the closing and helped navigate all the different individuals that we needed to bring into the mix to make this happen. I seriously had no idea there were so many moving parts in a closing and the number of documents was definitely overwhelming. Thankfully she was both patient and articulate in clearing up any confusion we had.

Another thing that was a huge part of this, and it might sound trivial, was that she was very flexible in communicating. She was easy to get on the phone when we needed a more detailed explanation, she was super on top of any emails and she was easy to text back and forth with on all the little things. It didnt feel awkward and it was overall a great experience.

Full disclosure - Stephanie and I are related and I truly believe that my review is unbiased. The service we had was excellent and I think most people can attest that when you work with family it doesn't always go so smoothly.
