Cindy is the best! Helped us get just the perfect house we wanted! :)

Cindy has now also overseen and directed the renovation of our previous home in Iowa City and we now just sold that too! She was fantastic and I couldn't have done the detailed renovation without her knowledge and hard work. She has now gotten us into our new home as well as helping us sell our old house! She is a wonderful agent that gets a five star rating! :)

I recently bought a condo in Iowa City with the help of Cindy Grabow, and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She started sending me listings in my price range 2–3 years ago and was incredibly patient the entire time. She regularly checked in—not pushy, just supportive—to see if I was getting closer to being ready.

When I finally was, Cindy guided me through every step of the buying process, which could have easily felt overwhelming without her. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and even helped me clarify what I actually wanted.
