Five Stars – Outstanding Experience with Cindy!

My husband and I highly recommend Cindy to anyone buying a home in Iowa. We recently moved back to the state after being away for years due to his military service. Cindy is highly experienced, and it absolutely shows in her work.She made our transition completely seamless. She was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs from day one. As buyers, we always felt like her top priority. Cindy was exceptionally informative throughout the entire process, answering every question we had. I cannot say how great Cindy was. She was very patient & informative. We looked at quite a few properties over an extended period. I told her when I found the place I liked I’d know it. She kept at it & I finally saw the place I wanted to live in. She guided me through the entire purchase & I really felt looked after. Cindy has now also overseen and directed the renovation of our previous home in Iowa City and we now just sold that too! She was fantastic and I couldn't have done the detailed renovation without her knowledge and hard work. She has now gotten us into our new home as well as helping us sell our old house! She is a wonderful agent that gets a five star rating! :)

She started sending me listings in my price range 2–3 years ago and was incredibly patient the entire time. She regularly checked in—not pushy, just supportive—to see if I was getting closer to being ready.

When I finally was, Cindy guided me through every step of the buying process, which could have easily felt overwhelming without her. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and even helped me clarify what I actually wanted.
