Cindy Hood

As a native Carolinian, Cindy has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed the areas of the Carolinas from Fort Mill, SC to Mooresville, NC into an extremely sought-after landing-place.

For many years, she has had the opportunity to gain experience in more than one industry. As a result, she has become very resourceful, acquired a very diverse set of skills, and excels in planning and organizational skills. Cindy is very passionate about providing excellent customer care, and takes customer satisfaction very seriously!!

Cindy’s passion for helping others lead her to real estate where she earned her North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate Licenses in 2006. In 2007, she also became Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) Certified and began fine-tuning her transaction coordination skills in order to ensure all aspects of a transaction are taken care of promptly to allow for a smooth and timely transaction.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to live shows, traveling, and volunteering for family and veteran home builds. Her most recent obsession is educating herself on the various forms of alternative housing available, such as small footprint homes and the “tiny house movement”.
