For a first time home buyer during one of the craziest time to buy (2021) Cindy is the best agent to work with. I’ve gone through a few agents but Cindy has been very informative, patient and genuinely just trying to help me find the best deal.
I ended up purchasing a home with an amazing deal. Not only did Cindy help us with purchasing a house she also helped us with getting a great loan. Her interest and expertise on Bay Area real estate is super helpful during this tough time.
I will definitely work Cindy again! 10/10 would recommend

I would highly recommend Cindy if you are looking for a home in the bay area, The market was already very hot when we started looking for a home in Fremont, Pleasanton later 2020 during the pandemic. When we have to go crazy bidding war, we found Cindy, and Cindy helped us find a home within budget. She also helped on closing the loan for us, since Cindy is an expert on the loan as well. We finally get loan approved and close the deal successfully. During the price negotiation, because Cindy actively work with Seller, we got a really good deal on the house. Thanks Cindy!

I have been working with Cindy for many years. She helped me buy and sell couple of properties, and helped me manage my rental properties. She is very good at finding properties with good potential and tailored for my financial situation. I didn't waste a single penny on unnecessary things , all went into house market. I am glad I made right decision for the past many years, none of those will happen without her help!
Cindy also provides mortgage services so it is really one-stop-shop for home buying needs, all I need to do is sit back and relax and wait for the house become mine :D

Cindy is the most responsible realtor I’ve ever met. I recently worked with her (yes during this crazy market season) and she helped me with a great and valuable single family house purchase.
Cindy offers one stop service including realtor, loan and even furnishment advice. She got all the resources. It’s very rare nowadays to meet a realtor with both realtor and loan license.
She’s very responsible and very experienced. We didn’t waste any time and directly start to tour the open houses. I personally am not clear about what type of house I would like to purchase. So the first time we met, we checked 20 houses and after that, she understand my requirements perfectly. Only after 2 weeks, I won a bid and I got an amazing dream house!
