About Cindy

Cindy Manning was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived in the Philadelphia area until moving to Georgia in June of 1999. Cindy was employed at Kimberly Clark (formerly Scott Paper Co.) for 17 years. She held multiple positions in their Treasury Department: Accounts Receivable Supervisor, Commercial Division Credit Manager, and Cash Manager, to name a few. Cindy obtained her Georgia real estate license in September 2004 and worked for The Homesource Realtors until October 2009. When Terri Martinez decided to start her own company, NUWAY Realty, she knew she wanted to be a part of it. Terri was a phenomenally successful and diligent agent, and she knew she would make a great Broker. Cindy is a full-time agent and a Local Director for the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors. She is very dedicated to her clients – both buyers and sellers. She has three sons and resides in Newnan.
