Knowledgeable, Encouraging, Patient, Fast, Professional, and Fun…just a few of the many words to describe how great Cindy was! We were on a tight timeline and had more to do than we had time. But through many laughs and a few tears (mine, not hers), she managed to make a daunting process enjoyable. Cindy was always available when we needed her for questions, to brainstorm, or even just for emotional support. She was able to sell our house very quickly within the price range we were looking for. And her ideas for staging were fantastic too! We were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Cindy! Pretty sure it’s not typical to miss your real estate agent, but oh well…I do! My mother passed away and Cindy was recommended to us for the sale of her home. Cindy was wonderful with us through a very stressful (& painful) time. Cindy was very patient with my brother & I - she went above and beyond right up until the day of the closing! 5 stars isn’t enough to rate Cindy. She was absolutely amazing during the process of selling our home while simultaneously buying another in a different city. At the commencement of the process me and my husband were so unorganized however, Cindy was patient and kind with us throughout the entire process. We had such a horrible experience with our first Realator due to not feeling like she had our best interest at heart but, Cindy was like a breath of fresh air allowing us to relax as she guided us through this process. She developed a strategic plan to schedule showings and an open house all in one week which resulted in us having approx 6 offers ABOVE our asking price. Cindy understood the urgency of selling our home and made it happen in less than 30 days. I’d also like to add that she’s extremely responsive and was really great with helping us understand a lot of the real estate jargon. If you’re looking for an agent who will go above and beyond to sell your home, who advocates for you, and who will also treat you more like a friend than a client Cindy is your person.

I worked with Cindy to purchase our new home and to sell our previous home. Throughout the process Cindy was always helpful, responsive, and did all she could to answer any questions I had. She set up and joined us for house tours. During tours she helped us to try and find the positives and negatives of each home. Again, very helpful with any question I had even and if she didn’t know herself, she used her resources to try and find the answer.
