Cindy Sloan

Cindy has been working in Connecticut’s real estate industry since 1978, working as a graphic designer, to advertising director until 2003 for Connecticut’s largest independent real estate companies with thirty offices statewide. She continued her real estate advertising career to other large CT firms including a position as Vice President of Marketing and Executive Administration for a national franchised regional agency in the greater New Haven area.

After many years helping agents with a variety of clients to developers, large investors and real estate companies excel in their field, she decided to obtain her own real estate salesperson license in 2006. This personal expansion expanded her real estate marketing techniques and opened new doors for herself, realizing the personal satisfaction in helping buyers and sellers accomplish their own goals with real estate investments and homeownership.

In 2017, a new gateway opened as Cindy joined the most prominent real estate professional in greater New Haven market, (and beyond), Nick Mastrangelo’s Regional Properties Team with Coldwell Banker Realty. Nick and she had a longtime professional relationship with the same firms since 1986.

As a member of this leading team, Cindy assists with the marketing of properties, client services as well as an active Realtor, listing and selling residential properties. She is a lifelong resident of Milford where most of her real estate business is focused as well as neighboring towns of West Haven, Stratford, and Orange.
