Cindy Strady

Originally from the Midwest, Cindy moved to Florida when her husband had a job transfer and fell in love with Tampa. In 2007 Cindy began in real estate and concentracted in the rental market with her expertise in property management, in 2009 Cindy expanded into the sales and rental market. Cindy loves helping both buyers and sellers throughout Tampa, with special expertise in homes in South Tampa. Cindy has experienced and thrived in difficult markets, having started working when the market was taking a down turn. During that time Cindy developed an excellent foundation and skill set to guide her through the market's many cycles. In down markets, her quest to seek innovative marketing techniques are the key elements to Cindy's proven success. Cindy's integrity, experience and commitment has attracted a loyal and trusting client base. Cindy and her husband Sean, are proud to have two highly motivated daughters Lauren 24 currently in medical school, Monica 22 currently in law school, their son Connor in 8th grade at the Academy of te Holy Names, and their dog Cooper!
