Cintia Coleman

Cintia is originally from Brazil, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Cintia’s background as a project manager with major architecture firms in the Washington DC metro area and passion for real estate afford her clients a comprehensive and detail-oriented level of service when buying or selling a home. She is client focused and responsive, a savvy negotiator and a creative problem solver, and committed to exceeding her clients’ expectations.

Cintia is a real estate professional and one of the founders of the Coleman Downing Group affiliated with Pearson Smith Realty.

When she is not working Cintia can be found spending time with her husband and their two daughters, traveling to her family cabin retreat in West Virginia or volunteering in the local schools or at ABRACE (Brazilian Association of Culture & Education).
