About Cirila

Hi, my name is Cirila Cothran. I was born in Washington, D.C. and was raised in Waldorf, MD. I graduated from Salisbury State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I relocated to the Raleigh-Durham area, aka The Triangle, in 1997 and began working in the pharmaceutical industry. While living in The Triangle, I visited the Crystal Coast often and eventually purchased a second home in Morehead City. I loved this area so much; I decided to move here full time. I always had an interest in real estate and enjoy working with people, so becoming a Broker was a natural choice.

After the move, I spent 6 years listing, selling and managing a local real estate franchise. During this time I was consistently the top listing and top producing Broker, winning 4 International Production Awards. With that experience I decided to venture out on my own and open my own firm. I still list & sell full time with my Team with a focus on new construction, military relocations, first time homebuyers and second home sales.

When I'm not working, you can usually find me running, boating, fishing...or enjoying the great Crystal Coast weather doing some other kind of outdoor activity.
