I have had the pleasure of having Claire represent me for the purchase and sale of five houses and she is consistently head and shoulders above other realtors I have worked with. Claire truly listens to what I am looking for when buying a house. (With each purchase, I wound up buying the first house that Claire had shown me!) When selling, she prices the house accurately which results in more interest, a quicker sale and bidding wars which can actually drive the price higher than comparable properties. And she's very nice, easy-going and friendly. Working with Claire has made what is typically a the stressful experience much easier. I cannot recommend her too highly!
