Clara grew up in South Florida in a devout Christian family, where at a young age, she first learned about commercial property management & sales from her father, Dr. Woo Suk Suh, who was the first Asian–American to own commercial property in downtown Miami’s Jewelry District. She obtained her real estate license in Florida when she was 18 years old and obtained her second license from Georgia.
She moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 1997 where she started her real estate agent career. She started at Remax, where her mother also was a Hall of Fame agent. She worked for Remax for 16 years and was recognized as a top agent with the following:

In 2009 Clara started her own real estate business as a New Star franchise owner, where she quickly grew the business up to 60 agents. As owner-broker of New Star Boston, she developed expertise in running a medium-size franchise business and helped grow the real-estate careers of many sales agents. In 2016 she merged with a much larger franchise, Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate, in order achieve the next level in her business development. As part of a much larger, leading-edge brokerage, Clara became expert in many aspects of modern real estate industry, including technology, marketing, HR and business development.
Now Clara is taking the next step in her career and founded her own, independent real estate brokerage firm, JYP Realty. Clara’s goal is to help real estate professionals achieve their maximum potential, in a constantly evolving and challenging business environment. As an independent brokerage, JYP Realty will enable sales agents to develop their careers, maximize their sales & income, while providing the highest level of professional service to their clients.
