My husband and I had been looking for a retirement home for a very long time. We weren’t exactly sure where we wanted to settle and exactly what type of house we wanted. We started our search by attending open houses in areas we were considering. One day, on our way home from vacation, we saw a house we were interested in and called the realtor to make an appointment to see it. Ms. Solano accommodated our request and we were able to see the house that day. Upon meeting Ms. Solano, I was immediately impressed with her friendly and relaxed manner. Purchasing a house is a very stressful life experience and I am grateful to have had Ms. Solano guide us through it. We did not purchase that first house, and looked for quite a long time until we found our perfect home. During this time Ms. Solano couldn’t have been more accommodating! We looked at many houses, sometimes calling at the last minute and often looking at more than one or two a day. Throughout our search, Ms. Solano was patient, professional and very informative about the houses and neighborhoods. She never rushed or pressured us. She paid close attention when we spoke about the kind of house we wanted. She was never there to just sell us a house. After a long search, Ms. Solano found us the perfect house in the perfect location and we couldn’t be happier. We were very lucky to find such a caring, professional and knowledgeable realtor. She made the process of buying a house so less stressful than I expected it to be!
