Clare Tock has lived in Silver Spring for 40 years and has a strong business foundation and an enthusiasm for the Silver Spring market. Clare is licensed in Maryland.

Clare began her career in higher education, and later held event fundraising and event management roles for several non-profit organizations. Although this was a rewarding path, Clare’s true passion has always been architecture and design. Thus, she made a career shift as a Realtor® as it suited her organizational and interpersonal skills and built on her love of the DC area.

Honest and reliable, Clare has an emotional intelligence that allows her to really connect with her buyers and sellers. As a proud long-time local, she loves the diversity of the area she works in and understands the market intimately, having experienced its many fluctuations.

In her spare time, Clare enjoys her children’s sports and activities. Her skills are in demand: she has served on the local Parent Teacher Association, the board of her community pool, and has co-chaired several successful fundraising initiatives.
