Clarence navigated is through a complicated real estate transaction allowing us to secure it at a discount while there were other offers. After we moved in and enjoyed the property we contacted Clarence again to sell when we relocated for work. Clarence again came through with an at-ask offer before the property even hit the market, allowing us to move the property quickly during the pandemic. I would highly recommend Clarence for any real estate needs. He is one of the hardest working and honest realtors I know.
