A little about Clark Bensen; as the Realtor and the person...Clark has been a full time, full service Realtor for the past 30+ years after graduating from University of Maryland in 1987 with a business degree. He started out with a local real estate company, Hubbard & Lerch Realty working closely with the owner Greg Lerch until 1991 when Long & Foster Realtors purchased the company. He has been with Long & Foster until January 2019 when he joined Sachs Realty. Clark has assisted hundreds of buyers & sellers in the Montgomery, Howard, Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, Carroll, & the Frederick County areas. As a nearly life long resident of the area, he has lived in Rockville, Burtonsville, & Olney. He now currently resides in the Clarksville area of Howard County with his wife Kelly, an eighth grade Howard County school teacher & their 21 year old twins, Joseph & Alexis. Through the years Clark has worked with all types of buyers & sellers; first time home buyers, move up & down sizers, custom built homes, building lots, undeveloped land, as well as working with builders, developers & investors. He has the much needed experience of working with short sales as well as bank owned homes & foreclosures.
