My experience with Claude was fantastic, with every house we visited he pointed things out that I would not have noticed and told me what he thought. After I found a house that I wanted to put a bid on he was quick and efficient with getting the offer to the seller. During every step of the home buying process he was there to answer my questions and made sure I knew what was going on. I can easily recommend him if you're looking for a home.

Claude came to me off of the recommendation of my uncle, and he was absolutely right about him being the best!!

Claude made the process seamless and met everyone of my needs, he was expedient and efficient when answering any questions that I had (I had a lot).

He even happened to come over one of the days I was packing and lended a hand. References for packing, painting, repairs and cleaning if you didn’t know where to look.

He cares about his client and only his client…That’s the bottom line l!!

Claude was a miracle worker for us. We found Claude at the last minute when we had to be out of our old place in a week. During that week Claude would find ways to make time for us in hopes of find us a place with the short deadline. In the end he was able to pull it off and get us into a house. He was on top of getting us the documents we had to fill out, he was on top of looking at houses, and overall we wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
