About Claude
Claude Kershner, joined CB Richard Ellis in June of 2007 and is based in the Philadelphia downtown office. As a researcher, Claude’s primary focus is statistical interpretation, market activity research and information management on office and industrial properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Claude worked as an intern for Eastdil Secured in Atlanta, GA on an investment sales team. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Marketing degree. In college, Claude played varsity football for two years and then went on to join the Water Polo and Volleyball club teams. He was elected the Vice President of the Marketing Club and the House Manager/Steward in his fraternity house.
