About Claude
Claude began his real estate career in 1986 after completing a principles of real estate class at Samford University his sophomore year and worked during school for a local residential real estate firm. In 1993 he went to work for a regional commercial real estate firm where he became a Vice-President of the Industrial Brokerage Division. He was admitted to join the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 1996 where he served on the Professional Standards Committee. During his tenure he became certified for mediation and arbitration with the National Association of Realtors and chaired, co-chaired and served on multiple arbitration and mediation hearings on behalf of SIOR across the country involving complex commercial real estate disputes. Claude also served on the board of the Alabama Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Claude is an active member of Birmingham Sunrise Rotary and a member of St. Mary’s on-the-Highland’s Episcopal Church. He is a sports car enthusiast and enjoys tinkering with residential construction projects.
