Claudia is an incredibly sensitive and intuitive realtor. She knows the market and the industry like the back of her hand. She stands up for her clients and goes to bat for their physical and financial well being, and always goes the extra mile, just to ensure everything gets done properly and in a timely fashion. Claudia also knows everyone in the local industry, and can recommend the best of the best contractors to get the job done. Working with Claudia was a pleasure. She’s a no-nonsense realtor, who earns the respect and trust of her clients by displaying the highest level of ethical integrity through each step of the process. She does not cut corners and possesses very effective communication skills. We received an offer after the very first showing she facilitated, which has never happened before with other homes we’ve sold. She always protected our interests, first and foremost.
