With her RENE®? designation, she is one of less than 1% of all Washington brokers, certified and better equipped to manage the 250 plus negotiation points that can take place in one given transaction from start to finish. In addition, she holds the SRES®? senior real estate certification with years of experience in advising age 50+ clients on upsizing, downsizing, and relocating. It is a given that internet marketing and social media are key in getting the highest exposure possible when listing properties. She methods are first specifically targeted to the demographic for that home. Listings under her direction get detailed attention using professional staging, drone videos, HDR photography, interior virtual tours, and lastly floor plans. She will then discuss what features are highlighted and apply careful pricing with a listing strategy that works before they press "go".
She is big on out-of-the-box thinking, knowing that not one method fits all both in home presentation and negotiations. She is also a strong believer that while the internet may be important, her success has been built on interpersonal relationships, phone calls, and in-person conversations with real people. Texts and e-mails work but should not be the only form of communication.
