Claudia Langman

It is hard to put Claudia into a limiting category. She is an agent, designer, property owner and an occasional developer. She sells property all over the city, from Pilsen to Evanston, with a concentration on the North Side of Chicago, including but not limited to Lincoln Park, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, Ravenswood, Andersonville, and Lakeview. Her strong design and construction experience are a great asset for first time buyers or sellers when a repair or home improvement issue needs to be reasonably addressed. Claudia's focus is on providing her clients with the best possible outcome from their transaction. She believes in long term professional relationships and has built her business on referrals.
