Born in Brazil and raised in a family split between two instincts — civil engineers on her father's side, salespeople on her mother's — Claudia moved to Charlotte, NC in 2014 and 3 years later she earned her REALTOR® license soon after. She'd already been investing in real estate on the side, including flips, well before she got licensed.
Today, Claudia is a top-producing REALTOR® with almost 250 homes sold and a ranking in the top 1.5% of Greater Charlotte agents in 2026.
