About Claudia

I was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, where I met my husband, David. We moved to New Bern in 2013, where I started in Real Estate. We became a Real Estate Team in 2016, and founded Carolinas Property Group, Inc, when my husband joined the Real Estate Industry. ?In 2017, we moved back to our hometown of Wilmington to help our aging parents. It was not a hard decision to make, since we love Wilmington, NC so much! ?We love spending time with our Golden Retriever, Sunny and our Rescued Jack Russell, Chester. We love going to the beach, boating on the river, and antique stores and flea markets. David is a 20+ year PGA member, and loves his time on the course when he has days off.
