Clay Arnold

Clay was born into the real estate business, having grown up in Central Kentucky as the son of a small-town Realtor. Some of his earliest childhood memories are of tagging along to meet with prospective clients and combing through the pages of every architectural magazine he could find. He’s maintained his passion for real estate ever since and has developed a diverse background in the fields of business and advising.

Clay is a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, having earned both a bachelor’s degree in marketing/management and a master’s degree in higher education administration. He moved to the mountains of Western North Carolina after more than a decade in university admissions and professional academic advising. Clay’s passion for working with learners of all ages translates into his genuine desire to help prospective buyers and sellers take that next step toward finding their forever homes.

When he’s not counseling clients or researching the newest listings on the market, you'll probably find Clay spending time outdoors, taking or coaching a group fitness class, or trying-out the newest Asheville-area foodie spots.
