Cliff helped my husband and I purchase our dream home. I am a first-time home buyer and he was incredibly patient explaining the process. We are also incredibly picky and were willing to be patient until we found the right house. He stuck with us for months, looking at homes every weekend, and never getting frustrated. Once we were in contract, he set up all the vendors we needed to get to close and had things taken care of for us before the mortgage company/settlement company asked us for. He's now helping us sell our condo and it has been nothing but a smooth experience so far.

Cliff is an absolute gem of a realtor and I am so glad we were referred to him.

Cliff is absolutely amazing. He handled every step of selling my house with expert knowledge, a wide network, and great communication. Cliff knew the market well, and always had a plan even when things like the HOA tried to make the sale difficult. He always responded instantly to my calls and texts, and explained the process and answered every question I had. Cliff has an impressive network of real estate colleagues that clearly love to work with him; even the title agent said she loved working with him. Cliff also made sure to conduct the sale with fairness and integrity, even if that meant money on the table to help achieve my sale timeline.

Cliff was a great help through the entire process of our relocation (home-buying and selling the previous home) adventure! When we were touring homes, he was extremely well-informed on what to look out for in terms of house quality, state of repair, and more. He was available for tours, document signing, and phone calls even into the evening, which was a great help for my husband and my work schedules.

For the home selling process, he set up the photo-taking and all the other minutiae we didn't even know needed to be done. We couldn't be happier with how smooth the overall process went, thanks to Cliff!

We worked with Cliff to purchase our first home in D.C., and we have nothing but positive things to say about him. As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing, and Cliff was such an excellent resource when viewing homes all throughout the DMV region. We spent almost a year looking at houses with Cliff, and he was unfailingly cheerful, available, and responsive, weekend after weekend. When we were ready to put offers in, he helped us navigate the entire insane process, from putting together a competitive offer to weighing what contingencies we could/should waive to understanding the seller's mindset, all while using his keen attention to detail during the various walkthroughs. In fact, Cliff is one of the main reasons we finally got an offer accepted -- it seems like he made such a good impression on the seller's agent for a house that we didn't get that the agent recommended us to someone else in her office who was looking to move a property without having to put it on the market. And after our contract was ratified, Cliff didn't disappear -- he was instrumental in getting everything through, from helping us navigate a low appraisal, the inspection, and a less-than-punctual lender. It was obvious that Cliff not only works incredibly hard, he really cares that his clients get the very best outcome. Cliff Weeks just helped me with the purchase of my new home. He is a great realtor- personal, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. He is very responsive and answered my texts quickly with either another text or phone call even if he was hosting an open house and responded I got your text let’s talk later. Cliff was able to explain the house buying steps in easy to understand ways since I needed things broken down.He goes above his job description- our babysitter canceled last minute and he welcomed our daughters to come to view the houses. Cliff helped watch the kids so my husband and I could look around the houses. Cliff made the house hunting and buying experience easy. My wife and I recently bought our first house and used Cliff as our realtor. He walked us through the home buying process and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. When my partner and I started looking for our first house we weren't entirely sure of what we wanted. We were referred to Cliff because he is licensed in DC, MD, and VA which was important to us. Cliff spent some time talking to me about what requirements we had in house and started sending me some listing. I provided feedback and we narrowed down what houses we wanted to tour based off that feedback. Cliff listened to my partner and I as we discussed houses to help refine our search and was very patient with us. Cliff is an outstanding agent!
My wife and I moved from out of state. We didn't know the area or market, but we found Cliff. He is intimately familiar with the market dynamics in the northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland markets. He was able to recommend areas to help narrow our search, that were in line with the goals and needs we expressed. That was key, because we quickly became overwhelmed with learning the area and traffic patterns! During showings, he gives a helpful, critical eye to the property. He checks out the age of core items (ie HVAC), the overall quality of the house, and how it aligns with the buyer's interests. He's interested in finding the right place for you, not just finding any place. For the negotiation process, he is very helpful is explaining the process. He gives fantastic suggestions on how to approach an offer, and what can make it more competitive. His initiative and dedication is amazing. He ensured all inspections and requirements for closing were taken care of asap, and we never had to call and inquire the status of something.
I've had an agent to buy/sell in my former state. Cliff is by far the best agent I've worked with!
