Clint Bailey

Born and raised right here in the Charlotte market, Clint has seen the growth that has transpired over the past 40 years in this market. He began his real estate career in 2005 when he obtained his full building license from the North Carolina General Contractors Licensing Board- which he still holds to this day. While working with investors and brokers, Clint specialized in full scale renovations to turn around sale (Home Flipping). This began his passion for working in the real estate industry in a more holistic way. In 2014, Clint obtained his full real estate broker’s license so he could work with Sellers and Buyers to realize their Real Estate goals. Assisting people with their largest investments and watching those investments take off is a reward in and of itself.
