We would like to take this opportunity to thank Clint Priestley for handling the purchase of our new property on Sand Ridge. As you know, several unusual and distressing situations arose and Clint went our of his way to deal with these situations. At one point he drove to meet us in Vacaville to pickup checks for the previous owners. When we started looking at property in this area he spent a lot of time deciding which properties we should see and making our trips from San Ramon to this area very productive. He introduced us to various parts of El Dorado County as we had never been to this area previously. We appreciated everything he did for us. He was an extremely professional and caring agent. My relocation was likely one of the most challenging new home search projects Clint Priestley ever faced. For one, I was moving for he first time in 37 years from my city of birth in Oakland to Placerville, 2 plus hours away. I also ad additional considerations due to a demanding work schedule that kept e from being readily available to travel to see properties. Clint sent me properties to look at via email and was always there to answer my calls, questions and concerns. He personally showed me every home I was interested in and made sure I was sent any information I requested. When my choice was final made, he walked me through the transaction by phone, sent papers to sign(long distance), making sure he marked every page for my ready review and signature. He scheduled and arranged for the home inspection I requested and followed up on the results. Once in escrow, he did a final walk through, making sure the home was in the condition I expected from the contract. My situation was extremely difficult and handled it with patience, professionalism and compassion. A real God send, I would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor. Thanks, Carlotta Tormey

One of the most important transactions that a pair/individual will make in a lifetime will be the purchase of a home or property. For this, it helps to have a Real Estate Agent with integrity, honor and one you can trust. Clint possesses all these traits and holds himself to high standards. Clint will treat you as if you are his number one priority. He will go the extra mile and look out for his client's best interest. In 2005, we entered into a transaction involving a 1031 exchange. Clint assisted us in meeting all criteria and deadlines involved in such a deal. We were pleased with outcome. In fact, we were so satisfied, that since then, we hired him to help us with the acquisition of not One but three more pieces of property. All deals closed in less that 20 days with no problems. Clint not only is experienced in purchasing homes, but he is experienced on the other spectrum of real estate, the sale of property. This year (2010), he assisted us in the sale of a real estate parcel consisting of approximately 40 acres. With his guidance, we were able to sell without having to sacrifice our asking price and we had three bids within the first four days of the listing. All agents are skilled in their craft, but Clint brings something extra to his support of his client. My husband and I had a hard time finding the right home; we were especially picky about location. Clint was cheerful, supportive and understanding of our needs. Over a four month search period, he went out of his way to seek out appropriate properties. He had strategies to improve our chances with a bid and when we finally chose to buy a home that was sold by the owner, he guided us through multiple offers and all the tricky paperwork until the deal was done. Both Bill and I wish to thank you for all your help in location our second rental property. You took the time to rake us to each possible property that matched our requirements. We could not have located the property that we purchased without your help. The old saying is that you kiss a lot of frogs before finding a Prince. Well, the same is true when looking for the correct property to purchase. The Ione property was the Prince. It was a brand new home in a golf course community with very friendly neighbors. I have already ad neighbors drop b and say hello, while we were putting up the window treatments. All were told that the home would be a rental. Interestingly, some sent their friends to get an application and tour he home. All the final construction is moving forward and our renters have been screened and approved for occupancy. We ran into Clint at an open house he was holding in our old neighborhood. Clint made eye to eye contact with us and asked a few personal questions including whether we would consider working with him when we got serious about purchasing a home. He wasn't pushy though and for some reason we accepted his invitation to allow him to email us any listings on the market that might meet several criteria on our want list. We would receive email from time to time that we could scrutinize on our own without an sense that we were being pressured. A some point we decided we were ready to get serious about purchasing a home and it just seemed to make sense for us to contact Clint to represent us. He was able to meet with us in a timeframe that was convenient to us and helped us to refine the criteria we had established earlier. We fell in love with the third home he showed us and we sat down with him to write up an offer. During the nail- biting phase of a home purchase when you begin to have second thoughts and concerns about the process, Clint was always available to answer questions. We called his cell phone early on e evening for some reason while he was at s daughters volleyball game. He actually answered the phone and excused himself from the noise of the gym to go outside so he could converse with us about something hat was probably irrelevant. We thought Clint showed more commitment o us in that case than we deserved but nevertheless we appreciated immensely. Clint stayed in contact with our mortgage lender, the sellers agent and even the escrow/title company to insure the process of purchasing our home didn't run into any roadblocks.
