Clint Yoder

Clint Yoder serves as Director of Franklin Street Multifamily Investment Sales team in Austin, Texas.

Mr. Yoder is responsible for dispositions, acquisitions and investment analysis of multifamily assets, as well as site selection and evaluation of development projects. He offers market expertise, a robust professional network and national brokerage support to owners, investors and clients with unparalleled services.

With over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Yoder has developed a wealth of knowledge specializing in sales and leasing across several asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, land, retail and self-storage throughout the state of Texas and around the country.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Yoder worked as a Senior Associate with Rastegar Property Company focusing on the firm’s acquisitions and investment sales. Previous to this role, he worked as a Senior Sales Associate with Kalil Commercial focusing on industrial, land and self-storage assets.
