Highly likely to recommend 4/15/2016 – Roxy R. Half way through mine and my fiance's house search I wrote a review and gave Clyde 5 stars. Now, I would give him 10 if possible! From beginning to end of the process he has had our back along the way. Clyde really took the time to know us and help us find our dream home. I really love most that he would always alert us of a potentially dangerous or costly issue that a house may have to help us avoid any future headaches. He also gave us a lot of insight on the steps we were taking, what would come next, the easiest ways to get there, and even different types of loans that would best suit our needs. Finally, when we found the house we loved most and decided to move forward with it, he dug into the home's history and found that there were several open permits; which if not closed prior to closing, would have fallen back on us (my fiance and I) to pay for. He was able to ensure that the sellers closed all open permits and that they would fix things found in the inspections. Clyde has been above and beyond wonderful to work with and learn so much from upon buying our first home. He will most certainly be the part about house shopping that we will miss most!

Where do we start?! Our home buying process was unusually complicated (right, Clyde? haha). However, Clyde's work ethic, professionalism and all around passion for what he does made our experience a lot less painful that what it could have been. Honestly, he took on a the brunt of the painstaking process--handling issues with open permits, non responsive listing agent, and ensuring noted discrepancies found during the inspection were taken care of. Since we're new to home buying, he made sure to walk us through every step, as well as make recommendations for the best course of action. He went above and beyond what we would expect from a realtor. He got to know us personally throughout the process and even remembered us mentioning we wanted a kayak--when lo and behold, he saw that there was a used one for sale and contacted us over the weekend, while we were out of town, to see if we wanted him to hold it for us! He really truly cares for his clients and it's apparent in every bit of effort he puts into his work. He knows so much about the local area and has an abundant network of contacts for pretty much any issue/service you can think of. If you want someone who is personable, no nonsense and exceeds all expectations, he's the guy to turn to! I have worked with a few real estate agents in the past, that I thought were good. However Clyde is the most professional, organized, punctual, no nonsense, get it done correctly and efficiently type of agent. He has a kind hearted personality and is there for his clients any time any day. Extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and goes above and beyond expectations. He is a wealth of knowledge and really knows the area and his numerous connections. I looked for homes with Clyde on and off for over a year,I changed areas, search criteria etc. and he was always patient. He kept in touch with me, sent me great listings and showed me homes over and over again, until I was satisfied. I closed on my home in Shady Side Maryland on Thursday 2-25-16 ,over the months prior to closing he kept everyone moving forward like a project manager. Clyde took us to several homes, we gave him little notice and, because of our schedules, most viewings were on Sunday evenings. Highly likely to recommend 06/10/2014 - Jason Bacci Clyde was a savior in getting me and my family the home we wanted. The process was quick and painless because Clyde took the time to send us only the properties that fit our wants. Clyde also demonstrated a great deal of patience when my first mortgage company dropped the ball and was not able to get me closed. Other realtors probably would have walked away but Clyde referred me to a great lender from PNC Bank (Anne Morgan) who saw to it that I made it to the settlement table. Clyde always answered his phone when I called. My fingers are getting soar so I will not be typing the remainder three pages that I wanted to describing how great and professional Clyde is. I am a demanding customer with high expectations and Clyde exceeded them on many levels.
