Ive chosen Cody Huelsman as my realtor on two separate occasions. In 2015, as a first time home buyer, Cody made the process so easy. Cody is hands down the best realtor ever! He really worked hard on negotiations for our multi-family investment property which is also our first home purchase. We started house searching in mid- February of this year and closed April 8th, talk about fast! My wife and I were selling our home and were getting very little interest after 6 months with another real estate agent. We brought Cody in to get his thoughts on why were weren't getting any showing requests. Cody explained his marketing plan for selling our home which included tons of social media exposure. That's when we realized that our previous agent really wasn't doing anything in the 6 months they had the listing other than keep asking us to reduce our price.

Cody did exactly what he promised. He brought in a professional photographer who not only took amazing pictures of our home, but took drone video footage and created a walkthrough video for the listing. He blasted our home on social media and we received an offer and were under contract within 3 days!

Cody is a high quality extremely motivated agent and an expert in marketing and social media. We highly recommend using Cody the next time you are buying or selling your home!
