I entered the real estate industry in 2007 as a commercial real estate appraiser with Russell & Associates. I became a licensed real estate sales agent in 2010, a certified general commercial appraiser in 2011, and a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) in 2015.

During my 13-year career as an appraiser, I specialized in valuations for mergers/acquisitions, loan underwriting, and estate planning purposes for a diverse portfolio of properties throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia including office, retail, industrial, vacant land, recreational, religious/worship, hospitality, residential, educational, and a variety of special use properties with valuations ranging from $100,000 to $52,000,000.

I began investing in real estate in 2008 and have completed over $38,000,000 in transactions through various partnerships, syndications, and as a sole proprietor. My current portfolio consists of single-family, multifamily, and commercial/retail properties valued at $50,000,000 and generates $5,000,000 per year in gross revenue. As the Commercial Director for Keller Williams Roanoke, I aspire to help business owners and investors achieve their real estate goals by leveraging my 17 years of real estate experience and deep understanding of the real estate industry.
