I cannot speak high enough about my experience with Cody Walko. I came across Cody while looking for a rental. However, in this market that was a daunting experience with scarcity and extremely outrageous deposit request from landlords. Throughout my search for a rental Cody was patient, attentive and always available.

I eventually came across a deal that suited me better to purchase rather than renting. I was so fortunate to have found Cody by my side; he made me feel like family. The last minute find was in high demand. Cody spent late nights working on my contract and ensuring we will get everything done in timely fashion. In short, he was always on my side to make my home purchase smooth and painless.

From day one, Cody has been professional and quick on handling any issues. He was immediately responsive. Meeting Cody has been more than a blessing, discovering him has in turn created a new friendship that I’m sincerely grateful of!
