Moving from New York City and Connecticut to the Boston area in 2006 for her children's education, Coleen has developed intricate knowledge of many local towns and school systems and the benefits that each has to offer.
Coleen takes pride in finding the perfect town and home for buyers by understanding the unique needs for each and every family. After living and working in Lexington for 14 years, Coleen and her family moved to Marblehead, MA in 2020. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers in the coastal towns of Marblehead, Swampscott, and Salem, as well as Lexington, Winchester and Arlington.
Coleen also has a proven track record in working with sellers. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Coleen was the co-owner of Spark Home Staging, LLC. Her design and staging background make her uniquely qualified to prepare, stage, and sell homes for top dollar. Coleen's prior business background includes sales positions with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide in the Boston area and Pfizer, Inc. where she was a District Sales Manager in New York City.
Coleen is a REALTOR® and a member of International Association of Home Staging Professionals. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Multiple Listings Service.
In her spare time, you can find Coleen on her boat, in the Pilates studio, trying to perfect her golf swing, or spending time with her husband and twin 22-year-old daughters.
